One year of rural service for medical students will be made compulsory from this year, Medical Education Minister S.A. Ramdas announced this at the graduation day of the first batch of the Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute (BMCRI) here on Saturday.
(This is the 51st batch of the erstwhile Bangalore Medical College.)
As many as 148 candidates graduated on Saturday.
Despite not receiving an enthusiastic response from the audience when he asked their opinion on the proposal, Mr. Ramdas said, �??If anyone wants to go to court, they can. We will fight it out. The State government will bring a law making one year of rural service for medical students compulsory after internship.�?? Undergraduates would be paid according to the junior scale and postgraduates according to the senior scale, he said. Legislation in this regard would likely be in place by this month-end, the Minister added.

BMCRI toppers had their reservations about this proposal. Misbah Fathima Azmath, who took home four medals, said while the intention of the proposal was good, the way it would be implemented was important. �??The government should ensure that amenities in rural centres are simultaneously upgraded. Also, the dates of postgraduate (PG) entrance exams should be altered to accommodate the rural service,�?? she said.
Prabhjot Kaur Sekhon, winner of six medals and the best outgoing student award, felt that the move would only lengthen the course by another year.

Student enrolment for various courses of Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) in the Madurai Regional Centre has been very robust this year.
There has been over 10 to 15 per cent increase in admissions in January batch this year when compared to last year while a similar demand is expected in the next cycle of admissions which would take place in coming July.
The Madurai Regional Centre of IGNOU covers 17 districts in southern/western parts of the State and varsity authorities are successful in penetrating into newer areas by opening special study centres in remote areas too.

 Hyderabad : There is a need to integrate education system according to the needs of the industry, said the Chief Secretary of Andhra Pradesh, Mr Pankaj Dwivedi.
Expressing concern at the lack of employability skills among the present engineering graduates, he urged the industry to play a proactive role in imparting skills to people. Mr Dwivedi was speaking at the annual day event of CII-AP Chapter.
He released a report on �??Promoting industry in rural AP’ by a CII-Task Force on non-migratory rural employment generation, chaired by Dr Ramachandra N. Galla, Chairman, Amara Raja Group.

Come April, the suspense over the new Indian Institute of Technology-Joint Entrance Examination (IIT-JEE) will finally be over. With the deliberations done and reports submitted, IIT directors say a final decision on when to introduce the new pattern of the examination is likely next month.
The wait has been a real cliffhanger, say students and faculty members at IITs and the engineering test-preparation institutes.
�??The report was accepted, and since then several discussions have taken place. With regard to the implementation, a lot of details still have to be looked into. A formal notifications will come in by April. We cannot keep the younger generation guessing for too long,�?? said an IIT director.
Last year, the IIT council accepted the recommendations of the
T Ramaswami Committee report on JEE reforms, which proposed a single entrance test for all engineering colleges �?? including IITs, National Institutes of Technology and private institutions.

15-Feb-2012 :  MUMBAI: The country’s largest lender State Bank of India (SBI) plans to cut interest rates on education loans. The bank is expecting a good growth in this segment with the government promoting a fund to guarantee education loans.
The bank does not have any plans to reduce its home loan rates during the current fiscal. “We may not reduce our base rate since it is at 10%, which is the lowest in the industry . We also do not want to change our home loan rates because these are at 10.5% which is very close to the base rate,” said SBI chairman Pratip Chaudhuri.
At present, for education loans up to Rs 4 lakh, SBI charges interest at the rate of 3.75% above the base rate, which translates into an effective rate of 13.75%. For loans from Rs 4 lakh to Rs 7.5 lakh, the rate works out to 14.25% and for loans above Rs 7.5 lakh, the interest rate is 12.25%.

HYDERABAD: Upset with RTI queries seeking information on its funding, a city school terminated the services of a teacher whose son had filed the applications. K N Saikumar, a 20-year-old B Sc student of Osmania University had sought information using RTI from the district education officer (DEP) about the school where his mother was working for the past one and a half years. The two queries filed with the department, however, angered the management that asked the teacher to leave.
Saikumar had filed two RTI applications on July 15 and October 10, 2011 regarding Bharatha Abhyudaya High School, Jiyaguda, a government-aided school run by Bharatha Abhyudaya Siksha Samithi Trust. In his queries, he sought details about the functioning of the school, which included funds utilized and received, number of teaching and non-teaching staff, their salaries, student strength, number of sanctioned and unsanctioned posts among others.
The school management first warned Saikumar and his mother, K Rukminibhai to stop insisting on these details. Finally, on January 2, 2012, she was dismissed from service. No notice or reason was given. “What I have done is legal under the RTI Act,” said Saikumar. Currently, the case is pending at the AP Information Commission as the school had failed to give any information on the two RTIs filed.

एजुकेशन जंगल डेस्क : हाई कोर्ट ने दूरस्थ शिक्षा के माध्यम से बीएड करने वाले अभ्यर्थियों को सहायक अध्यापक की नियुक्ति के लिए आवेदन पत्र भरने की अनुमति प्रदान की है। न्यायालय ने एनसीटीई के वकील व राज्य सरकार को जवाब दाखिल करने का निर्देश दिया है। कोर्ट ने मिठाई लाल व अन्य की स्पेशल अपील पर यह आदेश दिया। याचीगण का तर्क है कि उन लोगों ने बीएड की डिग्री राजर्षि पुरुषोत्तम दास टंडन मुक्त विश्र्वविद्यालय से दूरस्थ शिक्षा के माध्यम से प्राप्त की है। इसके बाद उन्होंने टीईटी शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा भी उत्तीर्ण की। याचीगणों ने अदालत को यह जानकारी भी दी कि राजर्षि टंडन मुक्त विश्र्वविद्यालय को एनसीटीई की मान्यता भी हासिल है। सुनवाई के पश्चात न्यायालय ने याचीगण को फार्म भरने की अनुमति देते हुए कहा कि उक्त आदेश इस मामले को लेकर दायर अपील के अंतिम फैसले पर निर्भर करेगा। इस मामले की अगली सुनवाई नौ जनवरी, 2012 नियत की है

PATNA: Sounds bizarre, but it’s true that the number of temples on the Patna University (PU) campus far exceeds that of its colleges.
While PU has 10 constituent colleges under its jurisdiction, dozens of temples dot the campus right from Magadh Mahila College to Patna Law College. Even though these places of worship hamper the physical and academic growth of the institutions, PU authorities find themselves helpless in removing them. The area occupied by these temples, meanwhile, has been expanding with the passage of time as a number of private shops have sprung up around them in recent years.
There are at least three such temples in Patna Science College. The owner of one of the temples lost a legal battle few years back. But the temple continues to exist. The college administration once initiated a move to construct an examination hall at the site. But the project had to be shelved due to the presence of the temple.
Similarly, a number of private dwellings, including printing press and ration shop, have come up on the western flank of Patna Science College, in front of Cavendish Hostel. Other private buildings, including business establishments, have come up between the Patna University office and the Patna College campus due to the existence of a temple in the area.

KAITHAL: Five girl students of Haryana College of Technology and Management here have been suspended from the institute’s hostel for allegedly ragging and bullying a junior in front of students of the institute.
BTech student Aakriti, a resident of Agra (UP), had alleged that the five girls had been torturing her in various ways, including compelling her to perform certain tasks to make her video clippings.
On Tuesday, hundreds of girl students went on strike demanding action against the five girls, who were suspended from hostel on Tuesday evening.
The agitating girls said that earlier they were tolerating all this, but when a girl spoke against them, others followed. A few girls reportedly alleged that they were even forced to wash the clothes of these five girls. A girl alleged that they hit her in the arm with a knife a few days ago.
Institute principal Dr D P Gupta told TOI, “Based on the complaint, we have suspended the five girls. But we cannot conclude at this moment whether it was ragging. We have constituted a committee to probe the matter.”

लखनऊ, लखनऊ विश्वविद्यालय के 427 कर्मचारियों का वेतनमान खत्म करने के मामले पर कार्यपरिषद ने मुहर नहीं लगाई। बुधवार को चार घंटे तक चली कार्यपरिषद में लविवि प्रशासन के काफी प्रयास के बाद भी कार्यपरिषद सदस्य हाईकोर्ट के निर्णय के खिलाफ जाने को तैयार नहीं हुए। कार्यपरिषद का रुख स्पष्ट होने पर भी लविवि कुलपति कार्यपरिषद के निर्णय के पक्ष में नहीं गए। इस कारण कार्यपरिषद सदस्यों ने इस मामले का निर्णय कुलपति प्रो. मनोज कुमार मिश्र पर ही छोड़ दिया है। उल्लेखनीय है कि लखनऊ विश्वविद्यालय में 427 कर्मचारियों का वेतनमान खत्म करने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है। लविवि प्रशासन का तर्क है कि वर्ष 2005 में शासन ने बिना पद के वेतनमान देना वैध नहीं माना है, इस कारण वेतनमान खत्म किया जा रहा है। हालांकि शासन के इस निर्णय के बाद कई कर्मचारी कोर्ट गए और वहां से उन्हें राहत भी मिली। हाईकोर्ट ने लविवि प्रशासन को आदेश का अनुपालन करने को कहा लेकिन अभी तक इसका पालन नहीं किया गया है। इस मामले का निर्णय पिछली दो कार्यपरिषद में नहीं हो सका तो बुधवार को एकल एजेंडे पर एकबार फिर बैठक बुलाई गई। कार्यपरिषद सदस्य डॉ. सूर्यकांत ने लिखित में बयान दिया कि कोर्ट कार्यपरिषद से ऊपर है। कोर्ट के निर्णय का अनुपालन किया जाना चाहिए। सदस्य अनिल सिंह ने भी इसी बात पर बहस की कि कार्यपरिषद सदस्य कोर्ट के आदेश के खिलाफ कोई निर्णय नहीं कर सकते। यदि कोर्ट के खिलाफ कोई निर्णय लेना है तो लविवि प्रशासन स्वयं निर्णय ले, इससे कार्यपरिषद का कोई सरोकार नहीं होगा। लविवि कर्मचारी परिषद के अध्यक्ष …

The IIT-Delhi,which is organizing IIT-JEE 2012,has invited all IIT directors for a workshop on Friday,where an online model will be demonstrated.The JEE office is hosting the workshop.Sources from IIT-Delhi have confirmed that Education Testing Services (ETS ),which conducts the GRE and several other popular global online examinations,will make a presentation attheworkshop.
Most officials on record denied plansto goonlinewithJEE.A senior official from one of the IITs claimed that the workshop was scheduled to discuss the possibilities of an online examination for JEE.We might just discuss the feasibility.No decision hasbeen taken, saidtheofficial.
Asenior IIT-B professor said,An onlineexam may or may not work for JEE.While CAT faced teething problems initially,it is stabilized now.For an exam,where you needtocalculate a lot,pen and paper seems to be a better option.But students these days are well versed with technology and in future,everything mightbecomputerized.

एजुकेशन जंगल डेस्क/ नई दिल्ली, शिक्षा सुधार के एजेंडे पर साल भर से जहां की तहां खड़ी सरकार संसद का शीतकालीन सत्र नजदीक आते देख फिर हरकत में है। पूर्व में खुद सत्तापक्ष के ही सांसदों की वजह से दो विधेयकों को पारित कराने में नाकाम रही सरकार इस बार उन्हें पहले से ही समझाने-बुझाने में जुट गई है। पूरी कोशिश करीब दर्जनभर लंबित विधेयकों को संसद से पारित कराने की है। चार नए विधेयक पेश करने की तैयारी भी है। शिक्षा से जुड़े वैसे तो लगभग दर्जनभर विधेयक संसद में लंबित हैं, लेकिन उनमें से कुछ विधेयक पारित न हो पाने से सुधार के एजेंडे पर एक तरह से ब्रेक लग गया है। मसलन शैक्षिक टिब्यूनल विधेयक बीते साल के शीतकालीन सत्र से ही लंबित पड़ा है। लोकसभा से पारित होने के बावजूद राज्यसभा में खुद कांग्रेस सदस्यों ने इसका जबरदस्त विरोध किया। विपक्ष ने भी वही रुख अख्तियार किया। लिहाजा विधेयक पारित नहीं हो पाया।शिक्षा में सुधार से जुड़े इस विधेयक पर कुछ दूसरे विधेयकों का भी दारोमदार है, क्योंकि उनसे जुड़े कानूनों का वास्ता शैक्षिक टिब्यूनल कानून के प्रावधानों के अमल से जुड़ा है। संसद के पिछले सत्र में आइआइआइटी (टिपल आइटी) कांचीपुरम विधेयक-2011 भी राज्यसभा में नहीं पारित हो सका। तब सत्तापक्ष के एक सदस्य ने टिपल आइटी फैकल्टी के लिए अनुसूचित जाति के आरक्षण का सवाल उठा दिया था। अब मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्री कपिल सिब्बल खुद संप्रग के लोकसभा व राज्यसभा सदस्यों को समझाने की कोशिश में लगे हैं। गौरतलब है कि विश्वविद्यालयों, तकनीकी और मेडिकल संस्थानों में अनुचित कार्यकल

Education  Jungal  Desk / Mumbai: The state government has promised it will make educational institutes,schools and colleges across Maharashtra cigarette- and tobacco-free by January 26. Students will be taking a common pledge to refrain from consuming tobacco on November 14,when the twomonth-long drive begins.The idea is to create awareness among children about the harmful effects of consuming tobacco.This drive is special since this time we are determined to make a tobacco-free environment, said Satej Patil,minister of state for home and FDA minister for Maharashtra. Under the drive,a 100-m periphery around schools will be made tobacco-free and those selling or consuming tobacco products in this area will be penalized.A nominal penalty will be imposed and licences will cancelled. The recent findings of the Union health ministry estimate that nearly 8 lakh people die every year from the menace of consuming tobacco.We want to ensure all possible measures are taken in Maharashtra and the state is made tobacco-free as early as possible, said Patil. This is not the first time the state has taken steps to ensure educational institutes are made tobacco-free.A similar drive was taken earlier this year,but it focused more on punishing people,while the latest drive aims at creating greater awareness. Education Jungal Desk/MUMBAI: Engineering institutes in Maharashtra’s big cities do not face any difficulty in filling up seats. But the story in small towns is very different. In places like Washim, Hingoli and Parbhani, 77-88% of engineering seats go vacant. Places like Akola, Wardha, Solapur, Osmanabad and Satara fare better, but even there the vacancy is around an embarrassing 50%.
The main reasons are: one, students in small towns migrate to big cities for higher education; two, most youngsters cannot afford professional education. Also, college authorities say, the online admission process has made the system complicated for smalltown students.
“The problem occurs when students fill forms online without proper guidance. Students end up filling forms incorrectly and they miss out on seats,” said Vaishali Jain, secretary of the trust that runs Sanmati Engineering College, Washim. Against an intake capacity of 300, the college could fill only 85 seats through the Common Admission Process (CAP) this year.
A professor from a college in another small town said that running a college with 20-40% of capacity is difficult. “Only trusts that have several institutes under their banner can afford to run such colleges (through a shar8ing of resources). The others perish. It is difficult to meet expenses if a management runs only one institute, that too a non-profitable one. Quality suffers, in turn forcing students opt for colleges in big cities.”

If we fail to achieve the target of educating them, our country will face a disaster,” said Dr N Prabhu Dev, vice-chancellor of Bangalore University, on Tuesday. He was speaking on the role of foreign universities in India at the Indo-Global Education Summit 2011. 200 universities from various countries are participating in the summit.
“We need to educate 100 million youths by 2020. India requires 1,000 new universities to meet the challenges. For this, we need the support of foreign varsities,” he said.
Pointing out that the world has become one big village because of globalization, Prof H Maheshappa, vice-chancellor , Visveswarya Technological University, said: “We should encourage activities like student-exchange programmes and dual research work so that students benefit.”
“We are here to look at the opportunities to pursue higher education abroad. The summit will give us an idea about the courses offered, fee structure, etc,” said Mowpritha Dey and Monali Deori, students of Bhagwan Mahaveer Jain University.

Education Jungal Desk/DOHA: Though India is enrolling more students in schools and colleges, the quality of education in the country remains poor, a top World Bank official said.
“It’s not enough that you are putting more children into schools and colleges each year, you will have to bring them at par with international standard,” World Bank Director Education Elizabeth M King told PTI on the sidelines of World Innovation Summit for Education (WISE) here.
King said the World Bank expects India to have ambitions to compete with the best in the world. “Though India has some good institutions like IITs and IIMs, they are not as tall as institutions like MIT and Leeds in terms of quality of education provided,” she said.
King said although India has the resources to formulate an efficient education policy, inequality in distribution of resources remains a cause of concern. “Most of the people who come to even IITs and IIIMs have to be from well-off families, where are the opportunities for the poor? Government is not using the funds appropriately,” King said.  She, however, praised HRD Minister Kapil Sibal, saying he has a good vision for future of India and is open to technological innovations.
“I met him (Sibal) in March. He has a good vision to implement the Constitution. I think it will be interesting to see how Aakash (world’s most affordable tablet PC launched by the Government) is going to change the education scenario in India. I see it doing so in many ways,” she said.

एजुकेशन जंगल डेस्क/नई दिल्ली। अमेरिका की सिनसिनेटी यूनिवर्सिटी (यूसी) अंडर ग्रेजुएट छात्र-छात्राओं के लिए विशेष स्कॉलरशिप योजनाओं के साथ एक बार फिर भारत आई है। इसके तहत फुल टूशन फीस की एक लाख डॉलर की स्कॉलरशिप है। वहीं, अगस्त 2012 सत्र में यूसी के लिए क्वालीफाई करने वाले छात्र-छात्राओं के लिए 50 हजार डॉलर की स्कॉलरशिप भी है।

यूसी के इंटरनेशनल एडमिशन के डायरेक्टर जॉनाथन वेलर ने बुधवार को राजधानी में स्कॉलरशिप योजनाओं की घोषणा करते हुए बताया कि पिछले साल भारत के अंडर ग्रेजुएट छात्रों के लिए यूसी की ओर से एक मिलियन डॉलर की स्कॉलरशिप प्रदान की गई थी। इस साल स्कॉलरशिप की राशि और संख्या, दोनों को और अधिक बढ़ाया जाएगा। यह यूसी के भारत के प्रति लगाव के तहत किया जा रहा है। इसके तहत भारतीय छात्रों को यूसी कैंपस में आमंत्रित किया ही जा रहा है। साथ ही, अमेरिकी छात्रों को भी भारत में शिक्षा के प्रति जागरूक किया जा रहा है।
जॉनाथन ने बताया कि हाल ही में महाराष्ट्र की दो छात्राओं अजनी लहाणे और करिश्मा रंधावे को यूसी ग्लॉब ऑपरचुनिटी स्कॉलरशिप प्रदान की गई थीं। ये दोनों ग्रामीण क्षेत्र की छात्राएं थीं और आर्थिक रूप से काफी कमजोर थीं।

नई दिल्ली,दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय में नौकरी के लिए 21 हजार छात्र कतार में हैं। इन छात्रों ने नौकरी पाने के लिए केंद्रीय कैंपस प्लेसमेंट में रजिस्ट्रेशन किए हुए हैं। शैक्षणिक सत्र 2011-12 में कैंपस प्लेसमेंट के दौरान इन छात्रों को नौकरी के लिए आमंत्रित किया जाएगा। जबकि छात्रों को नौकरी से पहले तैयार करने के लिए शुक्रवार को सभी कॉलेज के छात्र प्रतिनिधियों को बुलाया गया है। जिसमें उन्होंने प्लेसमेंट की जुड़ी जानकारियां प्रदान की जाएंगी।
डीयू के डिप्टी डीन स्टूडेंट वेलफेयर प्रो. गुलशन साहनी ने बताया कैंपस प्लेसमेंट के लिए करीब 21 हजार छात्र रजिस्ट्रेशन किए हैं। इन छात्रों को ही प्लेसमेंट के दौरान बुलाया मौका दिया जाएगा। उन्होंने बताया कि इस साल रेगुलर कॉलेजों के अलावा स्कूल ऑफ ओपन लर्निग(एसओएल), नॉन कॉलेजिएट और शोध के छात्रों को रजिस्ट्रेशन करने का मौका दिया गया था। लेकिन, पत्रचार के छात्र रजिस्ट्रेशन कराने के मामले में काफी पीछे हैं। एसओएल और नॉन कॉलेजिएट को मिलाकर महज तीन हजार छात्र ही रजिस्ट्रेशन कर पाए हैं। वहीं कॉलेज और विभाग मिलाकर 18 हजार छात्र रजिस्ट्रेशन किए हैं। डॉ. साहनी ने बताया कि 8 नवंबर को जयपुर रग्स, आकाश इंस्टीट्यूट, नौकरी डॉट कॉम सहित चार कंपनियां आ रही हैं।  प्लेसमेंट के लिए आ रही हैं। इसमें सभी विषय के छात्र हिस्सा ले सकते हैं। प्रो. साहनी ने बताया कि मालूम हो कि कैंपस प्लेसमेंट के लिए पिछले साल 15 हजार से अधिक छात्रों ने रजिस्ट्रेशन कराया था।

बरेली, रुहेलखंड यूनिवर्सिटी की वित्त समिति ने शिक्षक, कर्मचारियों खुश कर दिया, जबकि छात्रों पर महंगाई का बोझ बढ़ गया। कार्यपरिषद ने एक ओर सभी कोर्स, परीक्षा और आवेदन पत्रों की फीस में डेढ़ गुना तक बढ़ोत्तरी पर हामी भरी। दूसरी ओर शिक्षकों, कर्मचारियों के मानदेय दो से तीन गुना तक बढ़ाने को हरी झंडी दे दी। बढ़ी हुई दरें अगले सत्र से लागू कर दी जाएंगी। पिछले महीने वित्त समिति की मीटिंग में फीस बढ़ोत्तरी और कई वित्तीय मामलों पर राय बन गई थी। इसे यूनिवर्सिटी की कार्यपरिषद द्वारा अनुमोदित किया जाना बाकी रह गया। बुधवार को यूनिवर्सिटी में कार्यपरिषद की बैठक बुलाई गई। वित्त समिति में दिए गये प्रस्तावों पर समिति के सदस्यों ने हामी भर दी। कहा कि पिछले 15 सालों से फीस बढ़ोत्तरी नहीं की गई है इसलिए नए सत्र से सभी कोर्स और प्रमाण पत्र, परीक्षा शुल्क में वृद्धि की जा सकती है। इससे पहले यूनिवर्सिटी ने सभी विभागों से वृद्धि के लिए प्रस्ताव मांगे थे। जिन पर विचार करने के बाद वित्त समिति ने हामी भर दी। डेढ़ गुना तक वृद्धियूनिवर्सिटी में संचालित सभी कोर्स की फीस में डेढ़ गुना तक वृद्धि की गई है। डुप्लीकेट मार्कशीट फार्म, माइग्रेशन फार्म, डिग्री फार्म समेत सभी प्रमाणपत्रों का शुल्क भी बढ़ा दिया गया। इनकी कीमत डेढ़ सौ से दो सौ रुपए के बीच तय की गई है। परीक्षा फीस, प्राइवेट फार्म की कीमत भी बढ़ी कार्यपरिषद ने परीक्षा शुल्क और व्यक्तिगत आवेदन फार्म की फीस बढ़ाने पर भी हामी भर दी। नये सत्र से परीक्षा शुल्क आठ सौ रुपए के बजाय बारह सौ रुपए प्रति छात्र …

Jaipur: Rajasthan Universitys department of European Studies has recently been granted new area study centre by UGC aiming to encourage research work and strengthen ties between the European Union nations and India.  The status has been accorded considering departments potential in research work and academics. The growing social economic and political ties between EU and India require extensive research work on various forays, said Asha Pandey of department of foreign languages. So far,students finding it difficult to convene research work on EU nations in the state.The centre will be established from the next session onwards.Students from different
backgrounds can also enroll for research work. She added that trade ties specifically between Rajasthan and EU,has created various

Jaipur: Getting a job merely on the basis of university scores and written exams has become a pass.Now engineers looking for a job in public sector enterprises have to clear Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE). Two major public sector undertakings Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) and Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) have asked for GATE scores in their latest notification for recruitment.
GATE scores have made a new benchmark for appearing in these PSUs interviews for the first time.Sources said that they came out with a notification after experiencing poor quality of recruits from engineering colleges over the years.Experts said that other PSUs and private corporates are likely to follow the same pattern in the near future as they also have similar complains.
GATE exam has a universal appeal as its syllabi are not restricted to one university.The exam is designed in such a way that it scans a candidates overall flair for education.It gives employers an idea on candidates innovative skills,dedication to work and efficiency in achieving targets.

रांची, राजधानी में एक और मेडिकल कॉलेज खुलने का रास्ता साफ हो गया है। झारखंड सरकार ने सीसीएल प्रबंधन के उस प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी देते हुए एनओसी दे दिया है, जिसमें सीसीएल केंद्रीय अस्पताल गांधीनगर का विस्तार मेडिकल कॉलेज के रूप में किया जाना है। एनओसी मिलने के बाद आगे की प्रक्रिया शीघ्र पूरी होगी। यह जानकारी सीसीएल सीएमडी आरके साहा ने सोमवार को दी। इसके साथ ही गांधीनगर अस्पताल में 500 बेड का मेडिकल कॉलेज खोलने का सपना भी सच होगा। मेडिकल कॉलेज चलाने का जिम्मा मणिपाल यूनिवर्सिटी व अन्य विश्व विद्यालयों को सौंपा जाएगा। वर्ष 2012 के मार्च तक कॉलेज में पठन-पाठन शुरू हो जाएगी। सीसीएल सीएमडी आरके साहा ने बताया कि एनओसी मिलने के बाद अब विश्र्वविद्यालयों के साथ द्विपक्षीय समझौता होना है। इसे फाइनल होने के बाद कॉलेज का निर्माण कार्य चालू हो जाएगा। इस प्रस्ताव को झारखंड सरकार व इंडियन मेडिकल काउंसिल की मंजूरी पहले ही मिल चुकी थी। गांधीनगर अस्पताल में फिलहाल 250 बेड हैं, 50 और बेडों का इसी में समायोजन किया जाएगा। यह कार्य प्रथम चरण में पूरा कर लिया जाएगा। दूसरे चरण में 200 बेड का नया वार्ड बनाने की योजना है। जिसे मार्च, 2012 तक पूरा कर लिया जाएगा।नामांकन का अनुपात : मेडिकल कॉलेज की 50 प्रतिशत सीटें झारखंड के छात्रों, 40 प्रतिशत पूरे भारत वर्ष व 10 प्रतिशत सीआइएल कर्मचारियों के बच्चों के लिए आरक्षित रहेंगी। इन छात्रों का चयन दक्षता परीक्षा के आधार पर होगी। चयनित छात्रों में गरीबी रेखा से नीचे के छात्रों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।बेहतर आधारभूत संरचना : अस्पताल में �

लखनऊ, उच्च न्यायालय की लखनऊ खंडपीठ में सेवा संबंधी मामले में गलत शपथपत्र प्रस्तुत करने के मामले में चंद्रशेखर आजाद विश्वविद्यालय कृषि व तकनीकी कानपुर के कुलपति एवं चीफ पर्सनल अधिकारी पर बीस-बीस हजार का हर्जाना ठोंका है।पीठ ने कहा है कि एक सप्ताह में हर्जाने की रकम कुलपति जीसी तिवारी व डॉ. एसकेएस परिहार से वसूल कर बाल संरक्षण गृह में जमा की जाए। न्यायमूर्ति उमानाथ सिंह व न्यायमूर्ति डॉ. सतीश चंद्र की खंडपीठ में यह आदेश याची डॉ. मीना श्रीवास्तव व अन्य की ओर से अधिवक्ता मनीश कुमार द्वारा दायर याचिका पर दिए हैं। याचिका प्रस्तुत कर याचीगणों ने विनियमित करने की मांग की है। इस मामले में विश्वविद्यालय की ओर से भ्रामक तथ्यों के आधार पर अलग-अलग शपथपत्र प्रस्तुत किए गए, जिनमें तथ्य भिन्न थे। अदालत ने सुनवाई 16 नवंबर को नियत की है।

लखनऊ, 2 नवंबर  आइटी कॉलेज के 125वें स्थापना दिवस पर नजाकत और नफासत की नगरी में आई राष्ट्रपति के एक झलका को पूरा शहर आतुर दिखा। कोई अपने छत से तो कोई सड़क से बस एक बार उनको देखना चाहता था। राष्ट्रपति की सुरक्षा के मद्देनजर पुलिस-प्रशासन ने कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ी। सुरक्षा के ऐसे इंतजाम किए गए कि परिंदा भी पर न मार सके। कॉलेज के सभी नौ द्वारों पर सुरक्षा के मजबूत इंतजाम किए गए। मेटल डिटेक्टर से पूरी तरह जांचने के बाद ही हर आम और खास को अंदर जाने की इजाजत दी गई। राष्ट्रपति के आने से पहले एक हेलीकॉप्टर ने स्थिति का जायजा लिया। राष्ट्रपति जैसे ही कॉलेज पहुंची मंच के चारों ओर कंमांडो ने अपनी पोजीशन ले ली। राष्ट्रपति के मंच पर बैठने के बाद दोनों ओर 20-20 सुरक्षाकर्मी अलग-अलग स्थानों पर मुस्तैद हो गए। जिला प्रशासन के अधिकारी भी राष्ट्रपति की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था में हर कदम पर मौजूद रहे। राष्ट्रपति के मंच पर पहुंचते ही पूरा पंडाल तालियों की गड़गड़ाहट से गूंज उठा। छात्राएं, राष्ट्रपति के मंच पर आते ही खुशी से झूम उठीं। राष्ट्रपति ने भी अपने भाषण में छात्राओं का जमकर उत्साहवर्धन किया। राष्ट्रपति के गले में कुछ समस्या थी इस कारण उन्हें बोलने में काफी परेशानी हुई लेकिन छात्राओं के उत्साह को देखते हुए उन्होंने अपनी पूरी बात कहकर ही विराम लिया। राष्ट्रपति को अपने बीच पाकर छात्राओं की खुशी का ठिकाना नहीं था। भाषण के बीच में एक स्वर में आवाज, तालियों की गड़गड़ाहट से छात्राओं ने इस खुशी का इजहार भी किया। बात करने की हसरत रह गई …

नयी दिल्ली, भारतीय प्रबंध संस्थान (आईआईएम) के प्रमुखों ने अगर सरकार के प्रस्ताव को स्वीकार कर लिया तो देश के विभिन्न शहरों में स्थित इन प्रतिष्ठित संस्थानों में संयुक्त साक्षात्कार के जरिये दाखिला लिया जायेगा। मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय के सूत्रों ने कहा कि इस विषय पर दो नवंबर को होने वाली आईआईएम के निदेशकों की बैठक में चर्चा की जायेगी, जिसका उद्देश्य आईआईएम में दाखिले के लिए छात्रों को बेवजह की यात्रा और उनकी परेशानियों को दूर करना है।मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्री कपिल सिब्बल की अध्यक्षता में बुधवार को आईआईएम के अध्यक्षों एवं निदेशकों की बैठक होगी जिसमें उस प्रस्ताव पर चर्चा की जायेगी कि क्या सभी आईआईएम में दाखिले के लिए एक स्थान पर सामूहिक चर्चा एवं व्यक्तिगत साक्षात्कार (जीडीपीआई) आयोजित किया जाए।वर्तमान में आईआईएम में दाखिले के लिए साझा प्रवेश परीक्षा (कैट) में सफल छात्रों को उनकी पसंद के प्रत्येक आईआईएम में साक्षात्कार देने जाना पड़ता है। इसके लिए उन्हें एक शहर से दूसरे शहर में जाना होता है, जहां प्रत्येक संस्थान साक्षात्कार एवं दाखिले के लिए अलग-अलग मापदंड अपनाते हैं। आईआईएम लखनउ के प्राध्यापक हिमांशु राय ने कहा कि यह विचार अवधारणा के स्तर पर तो संभव है, लेकिन इस बात की संभावना कम है कि इसे स्वीकार किया जायेगा। गौरतलब है कि इससे पहले भी इस प्रस्ताव पर चर्चा की गई थी लेकिन तब इसे खारिज कर दिया गया था।आईआईएम के अध्यक्षों एवं निदेशकों की बैठक में सभी संस्थाओं के लिए संयुक्त सामूहिक चर्चा एवं व्यक्तिगत साक्षात्कार (जीडीपीआई

लखनऊ, केंद्रीय कानून मंत्री सलमान खुर्शीद ने कहा कि मुसलमानों को आरक्षण के लाभ से वंचित नहीं रखा जा सकता है। प्रधानमंत्री मनमोहन सिंह और संप्रग अध्यक्ष सोनिया गांधी ने निर्णय लिया है कि सच्चर कमेटी की सिफारिशों के अनुसार पिछड़े मुसलमानों को आरक्षण दिया जाए। यूनिटी कॉलेज, हुसैनाबाद में सोमवार को आयोजित एक कार्यक्रम में उन्होंने कहा कि आंध्र प्रदेश, तमिलनाडु, कर्नाटक और केरल में मुसलमानों को आरक्षण दिया जा रहा है। पिछड़े वर्ग की सूची में अल्पसंख्यकों को अलग से आरक्षण का लाभ दिया जाएगा। केंद्रीय मंत्री ने कहा कि अल्पसंख्यकों के कल्याण में बहुत काम हुआ है। ऑल इंडिया मुस्लिम पर्सनल लॉ बोर्ड के उपाध्यक्ष मौलाना डॉ. कल्बे सादिक ने कहा कि अल्पसंख्यक संस्थानों को लेकर कुछ नेता समाज में भ्रामक प्रचार करते हैं।

वाराणसी : संपूर्णानंद संस्कृत विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन ने संबद्ध कॉलेजों से दस वर्षो का रिकार्ड तलब किया है। इसके तहत कॉलेजों से छात्रों का नाम, पिता व माता का नाम, कक्षा, विषय आदि का विवरण 31 अक्टूबर तक मांगा गया था। विवरण उपलब्ध कराने के अंतिम दिन सोमवार को विश्वविद्यालय में पूरे दिन प्राचार्यो का जमावड़ा लगा रहा। लगभग 250 प्राचार्यो ने छात्रों का विवरण सौंप दिया है। विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन ने संबद्ध कॉलेजों से वर्ष 2000 से 2009 तक तक रिकार्ड मांगा था। साथ ही सत्र 2011-12 के प्रवेश सूची की तीन कॉपी व सीडी भी प्राचार्यो से मांगी गई थी। कई प्राचार्यो ने दीपावली अवकाश के पहले ही सीडी जमा कर दी थी। सैकड़ों प्राचार्यो ने सीडी आज जमा की। प्राचार्यो की सुविधा के लिए पांच काउंटर बनाए गए थे। अब तक कितने प्राचार्यो ने छात्रों का रिकार्ड उपलब्ध करा दिया, विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन ने इसकी सही-सही सूचना देने में असमर्थता जाहिर की। कहा कि कुछ प्राचार्यो ने डाक से भी सूचनाएं प्रेषित की है। साथ ही अभी तक सभी काउंटरों से मिलान नहीं किया गया है। नामावली बनाने में सहायक-संबद्ध कॉलेजों द्वारा छात्रों की प्रवेश सूची सीडी में देने से नामावली बनाने में सहायक सिद्ध होगी। सीडी से बनने वाली छात्र नामावली में त्रुटि की संभावनाएं खत्म हो जाएगी। हेराफेरी पर लगाम-प्रवेश सूची सौंप देने के बाद अब कोई भी संबद्ध कॉलेज इस सूची में हेराफेरी नहीं कर सकता। इससे परीक्षा के अंतिम दौर में होने वाले दाखिले पर भी लगाम लग जाने की संभावना जताई जा रही है।

बरेली, बरेली कालेज में सोमवार को फिर हंगामा हो गया। आउट ऑफ सिलेबस पेपर की तिथि घोषित कराने की मांग पर अड़े छात्रों ने प्राचार्य आवास को घेर लिया। मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस से भी छात्रों की तीखी नोकझोंक हुई। छात्रों से कहा गया कि इस बाबत यूनिवर्सिटी निर्णय लेगी, कालेज स्तर से कागजी कार्रवाई पूरी की जा चुकी है। सोमवार को बीएससी के छात्रों की गणित प्रथम प्रश्न पत्र की परीक्षा थी। शाम पांच बजे पेपर छूटने के बाद छात्रों ने बैरियर के पास प्रदर्शन करना शुरू कर दिया। उनका कहना था कि 19 अक्टूबर को हुआ द्वितीय प्रश्न पत्र आउट ऑफ सिलेबस था। उस समय परीक्षा दोबारा कराने की मांग हुई, मगर यूनिवर्सिटी ने कोई निर्णय नहीं लिया। दोबारा परीक्षा तिथि घोषित कराने की मांग को लेकर छात्रों ने हंगामा शुरू कर दिया। चीफ प्राक्टर डा.अजय शर्मा ने उन्हें शांत करने की कोशिश की। मगर छात्र जबरन प्राचार्य आवास तक पहुंच गए। नारेबाजी और हंगामे के बीच तमाम पुलिस फोर्स भी वहां पहुंच गया। चौकी इंचार्ज की मौजूदगी में छात्रों और प्राचार्य के बीच बातचीत शुरू हुई। छात्रों का कहना था कि उनकी मांग जायज है, इसके बावजूद कोई निर्णय नहीं लिया जा रहा। प्राचार्य डा. आरपी सिंह ने कहा कि कालेज ने इस बाबत परीक्षा के दिन ही यूनिवर्सिटी को दोबारा पेपर कराने संबंधी पत्र भेज दिया था। पेपर की तिथि तय करने को लेकर यूनिवर्सिटी अधिकारी ही कोई निर्णय ले सकते हैं। कुछ छात्रों ने पेपर तैयार करने वाले शिक्षकों पर भी कार्रवाई की मांग शुरू कर दी। हंगामा बढ़ने पर, पुलिस कर्मियों ने उन्हें हड़काना …

इलाहाबाद : देश के प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थानों में प्रवेश के लिए आयोजित होने वाली संयुक्त प्रवेश परीक्षा (आइआइटी-जेईई, 2012) के लिए 31 अक्टूबर से ऑनलाइन आवेदन शुरू हो गए हैं। हालांकि सुबह 10.15 बजे के पहले आवेदन करने वालों को दोबारा ऑनलाइन आवेदन करना होगा। तकनीकि कारणों से 10.15 बजे के पहले हुए आवेदन स्वीकार नहीं किए जा सके। इस आशय की जानकारी आइआइटी-जेईई की वेबसाइट आइआइटीजी.एसी.इन/जेईई पर दी गई है।8 अप्रैल को आयोजित लिखित परीक्षा के लिए 31 अक्टूबर से ऑनलाइन आवेदन शुरू तो हो गया पर बीच में ही व्यवधान पड़ गया। सुबह 10 बजकर 15 मिनट के पहले किए गए ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र स्वीकार नहीं किए गए। 10.15 के पहले ऑनलाइन करने वाले परीक्षार्थियों को दोबारा ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने को कहा गया है। ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने की अंतिम तिथि 10 दिसंबर रखी गई है। ऑफलाइन आवेदन पत्रों की बिक्री इलाहाबाद में एसबीआइ कचहरी रोड व एमएनएनआइटी की एसबीआइ शाखा से 11 नवंबर से शुरू हो जाएगी। ऑफलाइन आवेदन पत्रों की बिक्री की अंतिम तारीख 5 दिसंबर है। आवेदन पत्र जमा करने की अंतिम तारीख 15 दिसंबर है। परीक्षा 8 अप्रैल 2012 को होगी। परीक्षा परिणाम 18 मई 2012 को घोषित किया जाएगा। इस परीक्षा में सफल अभ्यर्थी 19 जून 2012 को ज्वाइस फिलिंग कर सकेंगे। कटेगरी सर्टिफिकेट भरने की अंतिम तारीख 1 जून 2012 रखी गई है। इस परीक्षा में सफल होने वाले अभ्यर्थियों को आइआइटी भुवनेश्र्वर, दिल्ली, मुंबई, गांधीनगर, मद्रास, गुवाहाटी, हैदराबाद, इंदौर, कानपुर, खड़गपुर, मंडी, पटना राजस्थान, रुड़की, रोपण, आइटी बीएसयू, बनारस व आइएसएम धनबाद में प्रवेश मिलेगा।

New Delhi: A bunch of expatriate students from Assam introduced the concept of adda,a leisurely conversation on different topics among a bunch of friends or strangers at times,an inherent part of eastern Indian cultures on Monday.
They started the first adda,to be followed by one every month,with a discussion on folklore and folk tales of northeast.The adda was graced by Sahitya Akademi winner and noted Assamese writer Dr Rita Chowdhury at the arts faculty of Delhi University. Around 40 students,all hailing from Assam and studying in various colleges of Delhi University,gathered at the department of modern Indian language and literature to initiate what would be the first of their adda sessions.They have aptly named the group Pooberun,the rising sun of the east. The first session was all about the famous Assamese folk tale collection by Lakshminath Bezbaruahs Burhi Aair Xadhu (grandmothers tales) as it completes 100 years of its creation.Taking the discussion forward,the students interacted with Chowdhury on cultural nationalism.This is the age of liberal views and groups with unique ethnic identities should no longer confine themselves within their own groups,but mingle more freely for cultural exchange, said Chowdhury.The group is going to meet once every month and invite distinguished members of the academia and other intellectuals for

इलाहाबाद : माध्यमिक शिक्षा सेवा चयन बोर्ड द्वारा टीजीटी व पीजीटी परीक्षा के अंतिम परिणाम की घोषणा तभी की जाएगी, जब ओएमआर शीट की क्रास चेकिंग कर ली जाएगी। भविष्य में किसी भी परीक्षा का परिणाम निकालने के पहले सही उत्तरों से ओएमआर शीट का मिलान करने के बाद ही निकाला जाएगा। यही नहीं चयन बोर्ड आगे होने वाली परीक्षाओं के एक सप्ताह के भीतर प्रश्नों के सही उत्तर बोर्ड की वेबसाइट पर जारी करेगा। उक्त आशय की घोषणा सोमवार को माध्यमिक शिक्षा सेवा चयन बोर्ड अध्यक्ष ने पत्रकार वार्ता में की। अपने ऊपर हुए हमले के बाद सोमवार को पहली बार चयन बोर्ड में उपस्थित हुए डॉ. वर्मा ने मीडिया के समक्ष अपना पक्ष रखा। उन्होंने अपने ऊपर लगे सभी आरोपों को निराधार बताया और कहा कि क्रास चेकिंग के निर्णय में उनके द्वारा कोई व्यवधान नहीं डाला गया है। यह भ्रामक प्रचार मात्र है। क्रास चेकिंग कैसे करनी है, यह सदस्यों के ऊपर ही छोड़ दिया गया है। उन्होंने जून में हुई मारपीट की घटना के पीछे भी बोर्ड के सदस्यों डॉ. केशरी नंदन मिश्र व डॉ. सतीश दुबे का हाथ होने की बात कही। उन्होंने एफआइआर में वर्णित सभी तथ्यों को पूर्णत: सत्य बताया। साथ ही कहा कि 20 अक्टूबर को हुई घटना में काफी अधिक संख्या में अधिवक्ता थे, जिनके द्वारा दु‌र्व्यवहार किया गया उन्हें पहचाना नहीं जा सका। यह विवेचना का विषय है। उन्होंने दोनों सदस्यों द्वारा ओएमआर से क्रास चेकिंग के विरोध को खारिज कर दिया। उन्होंने बताया कि टीजीटी के शेष विषयों के साक्षात्कार की तिथि के संबंध में कलेंडर बना लिया गया …

इलाहाबाद : इलाहाबाद विश्वविद्यालय का प्रॉक्टोरियल बोर्ड लाख दावा करे कि विश्वविद्यालय में रैगिंग पर पूरी तरह रोक लगा दी गई है लेकिन एएन झा हॉस्टल में रैगिंग का मामला प्रकाश में आया है। रैगिंग के आरोप के बाद एएन झा हॉस्टल में इसकी जांच की कार्रवाई की जा रही है। सूत्रों के अनुसार एएन झा में रह रहे एक पुलिस अधिकारी के पुत्र ने विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन से इस बाबत शिकायत की कि हॉस्टल में उसकी रैगिंग की जा रही थी। इस शिकायत पर गंभीर विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन ने इस मामले की जांच भी की है। इस संबंध में छात्रावास अधीक्षक प्रो. अविनाश चंद्र पांडेय ने बताया कि एक पुलिस अधिकारी ने उनसे मौखिक शिकायत जरूर की थी। यह दशहरा से पूर्व की बात है। इसके बाद वह दो बार हॉस्टल गए और उक्त छात्र से मिलने की कोशिश की लेकिन वह छात्र अभी घर से वापस नहीं लौटा है। उसके लौटने पर ही इस मामले में आगे कुछ कहना संभव होगा। उधर प्रॅाक्टर प्रो. जटाशंकर और अधिष्ठाता छात्र कल्याण प्रो. आरके सिंह ने ऐसे किसी प्रकरण की जानकारी से इंकार किया है।

लखनऊ, लविवि के कुलपति प्रो.मनोज कुमार मिश्र का कहना है कि वह परिसर को जेएनयू जैसा बनाना चाहते हैं। इसकी नींव रखने का प्रयास जारी है। अपने कार्यकाल में वह लविवि में इस तरह का माहौल बना देंगे कि आने वाले कुलपति के लिए आसानी हो। उनका कहना है कि वह छात्रसंघ विरोधी नहीं हैं बस अनुशासन ढीला नहीं होना चाहिए। प्रो.मिश्र सोमवार को पत्रकारों से मुखातिब हुए। लविवि की वर्तमान स्थिति और विवादों पर वह बहुत स्पष्ट जवाब नहीं दे सके। नंबरों के साथ छेड़छाड़ मामलों में उन्होंने कहा कि पुराने मामले की फोरेंसिक जांच की रिपोर्ट आने बाकी है। मूल्यांकन में गड़बड़ी पर उनका तर्क है कि कॉलेज की संख्या बहुत अधिक है। अच्छे शिक्षकों की कमी है, इसलिए सबको मूल्याकंन में नहीं लगाया जा सकता। शिक्षकों की कमी के कारण कुछ समस्या आई है लेकिन इसे जल्द ही दूर कर लिया जाएगा। विश्वविद्यालय में कक्षाएं नियमित न चलने पर प्रो.मिश्र का कहना है कि अब वह औचक निरीक्षण करेंगे। कुछ कमियां हैं इनको दूर करने का पूरा प्रयास किया जाएगा। परिसर का माहौल शांतिपूर्ण बना रहे और पठन-पाठन हो, यह प्राथमिकता है।

इलाहाबाद: मोती लाल नेहरू राष्ट्रीय प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान (एमएनएनआइटी) के आठवें दीक्षांत समारोह में शनिवार को जहां भावी इंजीनियर उपाधि पाकर खुशी में हिप-हिप हुर्रे-हुर्रे कर रहे थे। वहीं मुख्य अतिथि पद्मश्री डा.पीएस गोयल ने एक रिपोर्ट का हवाला देकर सभी को सकते में डाल दिया। रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक देश के 80 फीसदी अभियंताओं को कंपनियां रोजगार योग्य नहीं मानती हैं। डा.गोयल ने कहा कि इंजीनियर को तैयार करने में हिंदुस्तान का विश्र्व में दूसरा स्थान है और इस साल दस लाख इंजीनियर विभिन्न संस्थानों से तैयार होंगे। संस्थान के एमपी हाल में नियुक्ति एवं निर्धारण केंद्र,सुरक्षा एवं विकास संगठन के अध्यक्ष डा.गोयल ने कहा कि तकनीक विकास की कुंजी है और चारों ओर जो विकास हो रहा है उसमें इसकी अहम भूमिका है। उन्होंने कहा कि अब भविष्य में युद्ध भी मैदान में नहीं,वातानुकूलित कक्षों से लड़े जाएंगे। इसलिए हमें इसके लिए भी तैयार रहना होगा। हमारे सामने एक बड़ी समस्या ग्लोबल वार्मिग की है। इसका समाधान तकनीक से ही निकलेगा। डा.गोयल ने स्वदेशी तकनीक के विकास पर जोर दिया और कहा कि आज हमारा अस्तित्व खतरे में है। इसका समाधान केवल तकनीक से ही होगा। समारोह की अध्यक्षता कर रहे प्रशासकीय परिषद के अध्यक्ष एवं रक्षा मंत्री के वैज्ञानिक सलाहकार पद्मश्री डा.वीके सारस्वत ने छात्रों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि वैज्ञानिक ज्ञान और उपयुक्त प्रौद्योगिकी आर्थिक,सामाजिक एवं पर्यावरणीय समस्याओं के निदान के केंद्र बिंदु है। स्वदेशी मिसाइल कार्यक्रम में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभ�
